Shipping policy

Shipping Locations 
We currently ship to the United States. Please double-check your address for accuracy. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Processing Times
Orders are shipped out 3-5 business days from date of order, unless otherwise stated. Business days are M-F, not including holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive shipping and tracking information for your order once it has been shipped. Wilderness Glass does not guarantee delivery dates. Once we hand off the package to the shipper we have no control how quickly it is delivered. 

Fees and Costs
Shipping fees are calculated by the weight of your items. Fees, taxes, tariffs, import duties or any other costs due upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. Should you have questions or concerns on your order please don't hesitate to contact us so we may assist you.
